Need your help folks. I have a user who when opening HTML/MIME emails, Notes takes forever to open them. This has happened to other users and I've gone in to their preferences and disabled the embedded MIME browser, and the problem has been resolved.
Unfortunately this user works in production and must see these proofs exactly as they should appear. When disabling the embedded browser, the Notes rendering of the message is slightly different.
I have tried numerous fixes to get these emails to open faster. I have changed her default browser to Firefox, and the problem persists. I have re-installed the client on her machine, as well as the usual fixup and compact.
Just wondering if anyone had any other suggestions I might be able to try as I am fresh out of ideas.
